================================ ================================ ABOUT US St. Paul's Episcopal Church is pleased to be a part of The Diocese of Southwestern Virginia , and traces its roots to the mid 1830's. The Parish of Salem which included all of Roanoke County, Virginia. St. Paul's was formed in 1852, and construction began on the first church building in 1868. More information about our history can be found on the History page, by clicking on History in the left hand column.  |  | | The present building was erected in 1910 | The "Post House", a registered historical landmark dating to 1821, now with a small chapel and used for group meetings. | The Rev. Brad (Fr.Brad) Laycock is Interim Rector ================================= Sunday Morning Schedule & Notes | 7:30 AM | Holy Eucharist (Rite I) | The "Early Bird" service; this service does not have music accompany it. | | 10:00 AM | Holy Eucharist (Rite II) | This is our "Family" Service, and the largest in terms of attendance. Rite II is generally used here. | | | | | | | | | | | Holy Communion is celebrated every Sunday. Always at the 7:30 and (almost always) the 9:00 AM services, and every other Sunday at the 11:00. Anyone who is a baptised Christian (regardless of denomination, where or when) is invited and welcome to share the Eucharist with us.
